近十年土地科学领域研究方向、热点与展望 ——基于国家社会科学基金选题指南和立项项目的分析

研究目的：基于近十年国家社会科学基金选题指南和立项项目，剖析土地科学领域研究方向、立项格局、研究热点和发展趋势。研究方法：综合分析法，文献研究法。研究结果：（1）近十年土地科学领域选题有463项，占国家社会科学基金选题总量的2.16%，其研究方向可划分为法律法规、制度政策、经济市场、产权权益、调查评价、空间规划和修复保护7个方向。（2）近十年土地科学领域立项项目有1 350项，占国家社会科学基金立项总数的2.66%，选题平均立项数目（2.92）高于国家社会科学基金平均水平（2.38）；立项学科侧重应用经济（34.75%）、管理学（17.92%）、法学（13.44%）和理论经济（11.87%）；研究方向侧重制度政策（22.59%）和经济市场类（22.67%），研究热点聚焦在土地法制、三权分置、土地流转、自然资源、国土空间等。（3）展望未来，国家社会科学基金中土地科学领域将持续秉持响应国家战略需求、解决现实难题的要求，更加关注学科交叉融合、构建学科自主知识体系、提升国家治理体系和治理能力现代化水平和立足国际前沿参与全球治理等相关研究。研究结论：近十年来，国家社会科学基金中土地科学研究领域的演进逻辑与国家重大战略密切相关，研究对象不断细化、研究范围不断拓展、研究内容不断创新，未来应该会着力突出土地科学领域的现实回应性、交叉融合性、学科独特性、制度创新性和全球引领性。

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the research direction, project approval patterns, research hotspots and development trends in the field of land science, based on the topic selection guidelines and approved projects of National Social Science Foundation in the past decade. The methods of literature review and comprehensive analysis are applied. The results show that: 1） in the past ten years, there have been 463 topics in the field of land science, accounting for 2.16% of the total number of topics of National Social Science Foundation. The research directions can be divided into seven types, including laws and regulations, institutions and policies, economics and markets, property rights and interests, investigation and evaluation, spatial planning, and restoration and protection. 2） In the past ten years, there have been 1 350 projects in the field of land science, accounting for 2.66% of the total number of projects approved by National Social Science Foundation. The average number of approved topics （2.92） is higher than the average level of National Social Science Foundation （2.38）. The disciplines of approved topics focus on applied economics （34.75%）, management （17.92%）, law （13.44%） and theoretical economics （11.87%）. The research directions focus on institutions and policies （22.59%） and economics and markets （22.67%）. The research hotspots focus on land legal system, tripartite entitlement system, land transfer, natural resources, territorial space, etc. 3） In the future, the land science field of National Social Science Foundation will continue to adhere to the requirements of responding to national strategic needs and solving practical problems, pay more attention to interdisciplinary integration, building an independent knowledge system of disciplines, improving the modernization level of China’s system and capacity for governance, and participating in related research such as global governance based on the international frontier. In conclusion, the evolution logic of the field of land science research in National Social Science Foundation has been closely related to the major national strategies in the past ten years. The research objects have been continuously refined, the research scope has been continuously expanded, and the research content has been continuously innovated in the field of land science. In the future, efforts may be made to highlight the realistic responsiveness, cross-integration, uniqueness, institutional innovation, and global leadership of the field of land science.
